A perfect example of this are Simona Lombardo, Property Sr Underwriter, and Veronica Busto, Claims Specialist, who have recently completed the "Advanced Claims Management" Master program promoted by Cineas. This high-level course is designed for insurance professionals and combines in-depth exploration of Liability, Property Damage, and Technological Risks with cross-functional skills such as effective communication and negotiation. The program is enriched by case studies and collaborative discussions among the various stakeholders in the claims process.
