Board of Statutory Auditors

The Board of Statutory Auditors monitors compliance with the law and the Articles of Association and carries out management controls.
The current Board of Statutory Auditors, appointed by Shareholdes’ meeting resolutions on 19 April 2024 (as a result of the reconstitution of the membership following the resignation of its president), will remain in office until the Shareholder’s Meeting called to approve the 2026 financial statements.
The Board of Statutory Auditors is composed of three Standing Auditors and two Alternate Auditors.
The Corporate Governance Code to which the Company adheres also grants the Statutory Auditors the power to verify the correct application of the assessment criteria and procedures adopted by the Board of Directors to assess the independence of its members.
