The internal dealing procedure regulates market disclosure obligations and the restrictions on relevant transactions.
As part of its updating of internal regulations and in accordance with the legislation currently applicable - in particular with respect to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament - the Company has adopted a policy on market abuse, material information, inside information and internal dealers.
The section of the policy on internal dealing governs market disclosure obligations and the limitations on material transactions on the part of internal dealers and persons closely associated with them, according to the legislation currently applicable.
