Gender Equality

Attention to human capital is also expressed in REVO's commitment to gender equality, consistent with our Corporate values and our Code of Ethics. Respect, fairness, equal treatment, and access for all REVO people to the same professional opportunities, regardless of gender, are expressed in the Gender Equality Policy, which is accessible to all employees and of which an extract is published here.
Gender Equality Certification
REVO has obtained Gender Equality Certification in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022.
Introduced by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and regulated by the Budget Law 2022, the Certification for Gender Equality according to UNI/PdR 125:2022 is a certification with national value, valid for three years, for those companies that demonstrate that they have embraced the paradigm of gender equality in their culture, strategy and action plans in order to reduce and eliminate gender inequalities within their company.
The Certification, issued by the accredited body TÜV Rheinland, is an important milestone for REVO, confirming the Company's commitment to continue to promote an environment oriented towards gender equality and inclusion, for the creation of an increasingly virtuous working environment.
