REVO Broker Convention 2025

On June 25th, the second REVO Broker Convention took place at the Auditorium in Via Monterosa 91 — an opportunity to share our vision for the future and shape, together with our partners, a new way of doing insurance. The event was moderated by Lucrezia Van Stegeren, who guided guests and audience through the various moments of the day.

The opening speech was delivered by Alberto Minali, CEO of REVO, who presented the key pillars of the 2026–2028 Industrial Plan, outlining the company’s ambitions and strategic direction for the coming years. Next, Professor Antonio Deruda, expert in Digital Geopolitics, offered an analysis of the current state of artificial intelligence and the evolving human-machine relationship.

The business session featured CUO Simone Lazzaro, interviewed by Vito Lops from Il Sole 24 Ore, focusing on how REVO is translating innovation and technology into practical tools for Brokers, offering a distinctive and unique value proposition for end clients. Fabio De Ferrari, COO, joined the conversation to showcase real-life examples of how AI is being applied in the REVO team’s daily activities.

Nicola Occhini, Head of Market Management, shared growth data from the Broker channel and unveiled three new solutions coming later in 2025: Multirisk, Trade Credit, and Energy.

To close the day, Enrico Bertolino took the stage with his signature edutainment style, blending humor and insight to talk about resilience, change management, and motivation — showing how humor can be a strategic tool to face the challenges of an ever-changing world.

The event concluded with a thematic and social aperitif, including dedicated corners for in-depth discussions on Credit, Energy, REVO for Business, and the Multirisk product.
