REVO Agents Convention 2025 - ELEVATE: more than you can imagine!

Our Agents Convention 2025 was held: an extraordinary event of innovation, strategy and growth.

Together we explored the future of the insurance industry, the role of technology and the irreplaceable value of our Agents. Together we heard speeches that inspired us to face the future with determination and as a team.

Among the speakers Antonio Deruda, Professor and Analyst of Digital Geopolitics, who guided us through risks, opportunities and global perspectives.

Francesco Beccali, CFO of Terna, and Rocco Bozzelli, Head of Global Insurance at MSC Crociere, who together with our CEO Alberto Minali gave their views on risk management and strategic growth, in a stimulating round table discussion moderated by journalist Pepe Moder.

And agents Emanuela Caiazza and Alessandro Buriani in a presidential-style debate with our COO Fabio De Ferrari. Matteo Mambrin, Matteo Merli and agent Rosa Chianese illustrated how technology will be increasingly integrated and at the service of intermediaries. Nicola Occhini, after presenting the year's initiatives, gave an overview of the incentives for our network. And finally Simone Lazzaro, Chief Underwriter Officer, who gave a wrap-up of the day.

During the event, we were treated to an entertaining comic interlude with Paolo Cevoli, who entertained us with a sketch related to technology and comparisons with the past.
