Articles of association publication amended with legal protection insurance

Verona, 19 May 2023 – REVO Insurance S.p.A. (“REVO” or the “Company”), announces that it has made available on the Company’s website www.revoinsurance.com, under the section Corporate Governance/Corporate Governance Structure and on the "1info" storage the Articles of Association, filed and registered in the Companies Register, amended with legal protection insurance pursuant to shareholders' meeting resolution and IVASS authorization granted on 10 May 2023.
