REVO Insurance publishes its first Sustainability Report

The voluntary report highlights the progressive integration of business and ESG criteria into pricing and underwriting processes, the Group’s environmental commitments, and its strong focus on training

Verona, 22 September 2026 – REVO Insurance, Italy’s first operator specialising in parametric policies andSpecialty risks for SMEs and professionals, has voluntarily published its first Sustainability Report. Available on the company’s website, the report offers the Group’s stakeholders an overview of the ESG objectives achieved in 2025, as part of the sustainability journey embedded in the 2026-28 Business Plan “TecHuman Era”.

The Report particularly highlights REVO’s commitment to expanding its portfolio with products that incorporate ESG features, such as coverage for natural disasters, including earthquakes and floods, designed to protect businesses, and parametric insurance policies, which recorded significant growth in 2025, with over 100,000 subscriptions. These solutions enable businesses to receive a rapid response in the event of an adverse occurrence and, more broadly, generate a positive social impact by helping safeguard economic and employment continuity. Also noteworthy is REVO’s participation in an emissions offsetting project through the purchase of carbon credits, supporting the reforestation of an area on the Asiago Plateau that was severely damaged by the extreme weather events of 2018.

“It is with great satisfaction that we present the REVO Group’s first Sustainability Report, which, in the introduction to the document, I described as ‘voluntary and necessary’ to emphasize the importance of this form of reporting for an organization such as ours, where ESG strategy is one of the cornerstones of our identity. At a delicate time for the concept of sustainability, we have chosen to provide a concise yet comprehensive account of our approach and of the initiatives we have implemented, with the transparency towards the market and stakeholders that has distinguished REVO from the outset. I believe the success of future business models will depend on innovation and on the ability to rethink products and services, as well as on the development of a socioeconomic paradigm that is more respectful of the environment and people. This Sustainability Report shows that the REVO Group is ready and equipped to make its contribution in a way that can be measured and compared over time” - says Andrea Beltratti, Chairman of REVO Insurance.

Against this backdrop, the Company has launched an ESG plan based on a strategy that aims, among other things, to develop a line of Specialty products designed to support SMEs and strengthen their resilience. This includes incorporating ESG criteria into pricing and underwriting processes through the introduction of a score developed in collaboration with a leading rating agency. Equal importance is placed on data security, the active promotion of employee wellbeing and training, the enhancement of digital skills, and the creation of value for the community.

Achievements in 2025 include the renewal of the gender equality certification, the adoption of policies on human and labour rights and on diversity and inclusion, as well as a supplier code of conduct. The launch of an Engagement Survey for the entire company population also made it possible to gather employees’ views on the organisation. The data collected provide a basis for identifying strengths and potential areas for improvement, and for implementing actions to consolidate and further develop the organisation.

Finally, 2025 saw the spontaneous creation of an ESG Community: a group of 23 Ambassadors with a particular interest in sustainability matters who promote ESG practices across three areas: corporate volunteering, social and/or environmental impact initiatives, sustainability culture, and ESG training.

The 2025 Sustainability Report is available on the REVO Insurance website in the ESG Identity section.
