With the transition to the regulated Euronext STAR Milan Segment and the completion of the merger between REVO and Elba Assicurazioni, REVO Insurance presents its financial data starting from 2022 financial statements.

In order to provide information on the business, we report here the consolidated financial data of the REVO Group as of December 31, 2025.

Premiums issued in the 2025 financial year amounted to a total of €398.1 million, an increase of +28.9% compared to the previous financial year (€308.8 million).
