Fiscal Strategy

The Fiscal Strategy is the set of principles, policies and guidelines governing the management of taxation and related tax risks within the Company.
It forms an integral part of the Company's risk governance and control system and is based on the principles of integrity, fairness and transparency, in line with the Code of Ethics and the Company's values.
In pursuing its objectives, the Company ensures compliance with tax regulations and the proper fulfilment of tax obligations, promoting a prudent and responsible approach to the management of tax matters and related risks, also with the aim of safeguarding its reputation and that of its stakeholders.
