Corporate Events Calendar 2025

Verona, 12th December 2024 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. (REVO" or the “Company”) announces, pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Regulations of Markets Organized and Managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, the annual corporate events calendar for the year 2025.

The Board of Directors also scheduled the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the 2024 financial statements for 28th April 2025, in a single call.

Dates for investor meetings will be announced as soon as they are available.

Any changes to the 2025 corporate events calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
