Artificial Intelligence and Human Capital: A Challenge to Address Together

As part of the initiatives promoted by Task Force Italia, the collaborative platform created to accelerate the country’s major transformations, REVO took part in the National Day of Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Digital Transformation. On this occasion, Matteo Merli, Chief Operating Officer, joined the panel discussion “AI, Human Capital and Business Transformation: New Strategies for Growth and Innovation.”

During the discussion, organized by Service Key Group, Merli shared one of REVO’s approaches to AI adoption: “The evolution of AI agents enables us to support faster and more informed decision-making. For this reason, when introducing these tools, we start with the experience of the people who use them every day: listening to colleagues and understanding their level of trust helps us assess their effectiveness in practical terms, while always keeping people at the center.”

An approach that places innovation at the service of people, leveraging expertise, experience, and judgment to create tangible value for clients and partners.
