Ferdinando De Giorgi Featured in the Latest REVOTalk

What does it take to win? And, above all, to keep doing so? These were just some of the topics discussed with Ferdinando De Giorgi, Head Coach of the Italian Men’s National Volleyball Team, in an inspiring conversation on leadership, growth, and teamwork.

The discussion was led by Paola Negri, HR & Organization Director, and touched on a wide range of topics, from the ability to turn limitations into strengths to the importance of respect as the foundation of meaningful relationships, as well as the value of clear roles and individual accountability. Together with Coach De Giorgi, we explored what it means to build a team capable of growing, overcoming challenges, and continuously improving.

At the end of the session, colleagues had the opportunity to ask De Giorgi questions directly, creating an open and engaging exchange of ideas.
