REVO Insurance: Inclusion in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap Index

Verona, 06 March 2026 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. (“REVO” or the “Company”), listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana and the first Italian operator focused on parametric policies and specialty lines for SMEs and professionals, announces that starting from 20 March 2026 the Company’s shares will be included in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap Index.

The inclusion in the index, which is reserved for the top 60 companies by market capitalization, represents further confirmation of the market’s confidence in the Company’s operational management, which in recent years has recorded solid and consistent growth. In line with the objectives of the “TECHUMAN ERA” Business Plan, REVO continues to pursue the development of its business model, with increasing openness to international markets.

The Company, which currently has a market capitalization of over €700 million, has also recorded a share price increase of more than 30% since the beginning of the year, ranking among the best performers in the Italian market.
