REVO Insurance: resignation of Simone Lazzaro

Verona, 21 October 2026 – REVO Insurance S.p.A. announces that the involvement of Simone Lazzaro in a key role in business initiatives in the insurance sector, as reported by certain media outlets, was undertaken in his personal capacity.

The Parties considered these activities incompatible with Lazzaro’s role as Chief Underwriting Officer. Accordingly, it became necessary for the respective paths to diverge. Simone Lazzaro has therefore tendered his immediate resignation, with the consequent termination of his appointment.

Responsibility for the Specialty & Parametric Insurance Solutions business area will be assumed on an interim basis by the CEO, pending the identification of the most appropriate organizational arrangements, which will be communicated in due course. Responsibility for underwriting will remain with Matteo Mambrin, Head of Underwriting, while Nicola Occhini, Head of Market Management, will continue to oversee the management and development of relationships with intermediaries.

REVO confirms that its operations will continue uninterrupted, in line with the strategic priorities that have made the project a distinctive proposition in the insurance market.

As a strategic manager, as far as known to the Company, Simone Lazzaro currently holds No. 46,730 ordinary sharesin REVO. Pursuant to the 2025 MBO, which was paid partly in financial instruments, he will be allocated No. 5,292 ordinary shares of REVO, subject to the conditions set out in the Remuneration Policy. A non-compete agreement with a duration of 15 months is also envisaged.
