REVO included in the Intermonte Valore Italia Index

Verona, 2 July 2026 –REVO Insurance, Italy’s first specialty lines and parametric solutions insurer, announces that it has been selected as one of the 100 companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange that make up the Intermonte Valore Italia Index, dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises with a market capitalization below €1 billion and not included in the FTSE MIB Index.

The Index was created with the aim of highlighting the universe of Italian listed SMEs, serving as a meeting point between entrepreneurship, capital markets and the country’s economic system. It provides a representative snapshot of some of the finest entrepreneurial expertise within the Italian economy, helping to broaden and diversify investment opportunities beyond traditional indices for both domestic and international investors.

Companies are selected based on stringent technical and financial criteria designed to ensure adequate levels of liquidity, transparency and investability. These include minimum free float requirements, strong governance standards, analyst coverage, financial sustainability and leverage levels, as well as overall representativeness within the Index.

The Index is part of PMI2Change, the innovative initiative launched by Banca Generali on 1 July 2026 at Palazzo Mezzanotte, the headquarters of Borsa Italiana. The project aims to support Italian entrepreneurs in their growth and competitiveness journey by fostering the development of listed Italian SMEs. PMI2Change addresses the challenges of limited liquidity and market recognition faced by listed small and medium-sized enterprises, helping to create the optimal conditions for a more efficient matching of capital and businesses.

Building on the Index, Banca Generali, together with Investlinx and Intermonte, has launched a new actively managed ETF compliant with Italy’s PIR (Individual Savings Plan) regulations, which will invest primarily in the universe of companies represented by the Index. Banca Generali has committed to supporting the launch of the vehicle with an initial fundraising target of €100 million in its first months, gradually increasing exposure to reach €500 million over the medium term. The initiative is therefore expected to generate new investment inflows of approximately €1–2 million per day, representing more than 5% of the Index’s free float.
