Filing of the Minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting of 27th April 2026

Verona, 4th May 2026 – REVO Insurance S.p.A. (“REVO” o la “Società”), announces that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting held on 27th April 2026 have been made available to the public at the registered office, on the website www.revoinsurance.com (under the Corporate Governance/Shareholders’ Meeting section), as well as on the “1Info” authorized storage mechanism at www.1info.it.

As a reminder, a gross dividend of EUR 0.27 per outstanding share (excluding treasury shares), will be payable as of 6 May 2026 (ex-dividend date 4 May 2026).
