REVO Insurance: S&P confirms A- Rating with Stable Outlook

Verona, 20 July 2026 – S&P Global Ratings (Standard & Poor's) has affirmed REVO Insurance's A- rating with a stable outlook, recognizing the Company's ability to combine growth, profitability and prudent risk management.

In the report published today, the agency highlights that REVO is well positioned to achieve the objectives of its TECHUMAN ERA 2026–2028 strategic plan, leveraging its technology platform, the ongoing diversification of its portfolio and the expansion of its operations in Spain. Among the positive factors identified in the report, S&P points to an average annual growth rate of 15% in gross written premiums, accompanied by a further improvement in profitability.

Among the factors that contributed to the rating affirmation, S&P particularly highlights:

• REVO's strong capital position, supported by a comprehensive reinsurance program and prudent risk management;

• ts profitable growth trajectory driven by diversification across specialty lines;

• the high technical quality of its portfolio, underpinned by an agile, technology-driven operating model;

• REVO's leadership position in the Italian Surety market.

S&P also confirms that REVO maintains a level of capitalization consistent with the highest category under its risk-based capital model (99.99%), while acknowledging the expected increase in capital requirements associated with the Company's business expansion.

According to the agency, REVO is expected to continue delivering profitable growth over the next two years, further increasing diversification beyond its traditional Surety business, while maintaining a strong capital position and a prudent approach to risk management.
