Corporate Events Calendar 2026

Verona, 11th December 2025 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. (“REVO” or the “Company”) announces, pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Regulations of Markets Organized and Managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, the annual corporate events calendar for the year 2026.

The Board of Directors also scheduled the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the 2025 financial statements for 27th April 2026, in a single call.

Dates for investor meetings will be announced as soon as they are available.

Any changes to the 2026 corporate events calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
