Verona, 28th March 2025 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. (“REVO” or the “Company”) announces that it has made available to the public at its registered office, on the Company’s website www.revoinsurance.com, under the section Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting and on the information storage mechanism authorized by CONSOB called "1info", (i) the Report on remuneration policies 2025 and payments 2024 and the relevant Board of Directors’ Report concerning item 2 on the Shareholders’ General meeting agenda, as well as (ii) the Board of Directors Report relating to the Item 3 on the Shareholders’General meeting agenda concerning the Compensation Plan 2025 with the relevant Information Document issued pursuant to Article 114 - bis of TUF and Article 84-bis of Consob Issurers Regulation.
