REVO at the 23rd Benpower Conference: “Cat Nat and Property Insurance: the value of coordination in claims management”

This year’s edition, held at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza and moderated by Maria Rosa Alaggio, Editor-in-Chief of Insurance Review, focused on the CAT-NAT topic — a highly relevant issue following the introduction of new regulations requiring companies to have adequate insurance coverage.

Andrea Mormino, Claims Coordinator at REVO, took part in the panel discussion titled “System in Emergency: Opportunities and Challenges”, sharing REVO’s experience and perspective on key aspects of claims management under the new framework. He also highlighted the importance of integrating AI and human expertise to make each phase of the process more effective.
