REVO at the conference “Work, Dignity, Future”, organized by GMaC – Give Me a Chance
Our CEO Alberto Minali spoke at the Deloitte Foundation in Milan during an important discussion on the role of work as a strategic driver of social inclusion, sustainable development and personal dignity.
During the roundtable “Managing Workplace Inclusion”, alongside representatives from institutions and the labor market, Minali emphasized that companies must take concrete action to make professional environments increasingly accessible and inclusive. In particular, he highlighted the importance of creating workplaces where people facing vulnerabilities can fully express their potential and thrive.
He also drew attention to an often overlooked aspect: alongside economic capital, companies are called to value social capital — made up of relationships, trust and networks — which represents a key lever to foster genuine and lasting inclusion pathways. From this perspective, Minali reiterated the need for joint action between businesses and institutions: only through structured collaboration between the public and private sectors is it possible to build effective models of workplace inclusion, capable of generating not only economic but also social value for the entire system.
The event, moderated by journalist Roberto Rasia dal Polo, provided an important opportunity to exchange views on visions, models and responsibilities, highlighting the role of work as a driver of social and economic development.
