REVO at the workshop ‘Road transport: document digitization and innovation in insurance.’

Our Head of Marine Gabriele Galanti, together with AssiLog and ACCUDIRE, took part at the workshop organised by ANIA ‘Road transport: document digitisation and innovation in insurance.’

The round table, which took place at the ANIA headquarters in Milan, was an opportunity to discuss the possibilities that technology offers to support logistics: the insured shipment with e-CMR electronic waybill signed by REVO, Assilog and Accudire is a practical example of digital application to this important sector.

This is a real REVOlution in the transport sector. The issuing of the insurance certificate in real time is achieved thanks to the complete digital interoperability between Accudire's and REVO's platforms, both based on blockchain architecture. The certificate contains the necessary information and guarantees transparency, traceability, data security, litigation reduction, operational efficiency and sustainability. This leads to a total reduction in overall time compared to traditional management. It has already been successfully tested last September with the first road transport on the route Padua - Vienna.
