Broker Convention 2026: Play to Win

Villa Necchi Campiglio in Milan provided the setting for a key moment for us: the annual Convention dedicated to our Brokers, led by Gioia Novena, who guided us through an afternoon of discussion on the evolution of the insurance market, featuring distinguished guests. CEO Alberto Minali opened the event by sharing the strategic directions of the “The TecHUMAN Era” Business Plan, highlighting key pillars for our growth path: operational efficiency, service quality, and the value of collaboration with intermediaries. This was followed by the round table “The New Rules of the Game”, moderated by Class CNBC Director Andrea Cabrini. Simone Lazzaro, REVO’s Chief Underwriting Officer, together with guests Piero Gancia, Andrea Ghizzoni and Alberto Dalmasso, discussed changes in the market and demand, the transformation of distribution models, and the impact of technology. The contribution of Dario Fabbri, Editor-in-Chief of DOMINO magazine, was also particularly valuable, offering an insightful perspective on the current geopolitical landscape and its implications for businesses and risk assessment. The event concluded with a second round table, “Game Tactics”, where Nicola Occhini, Matteo Mambrin, Roberta Spadoni and Diego Guario explored in practical terms REVO’s three key levers: product, technology, and distribution. Accompanying these sessions, a visual facilitator translated the key concepts into graphics in real time. During the closing cocktail, guests also had the opportunity to visit the Villa’s rooms, a refined blend of tradition and modernity, featuring cutting-edge technological solutions for its time.
