2026 Agents Convention: Play to win!

This year’s Agents Convention took place in the splendid setting of Villa Miani in Rome and provided a valuable opportunity to meet our network, review the journey we have taken so far, and outline together the next milestones.

Moderated by Lucrezia Van Stegeren, the event opened with a round table discussion led by journalist Andrea Cabrini, featuring our CEO Alberto Minali in conversation with economist Carlo Cottarelli and Michele Bauli on the meaning of doing business today.

We then moved into the world of sport with Ciro Ferrara and Massimo Mauro. Their engaging talk, rich in real-life examples, combined leadership, team spirit and the ability to make decisions even in the most complex situations. The two champions also presented awards to the eight agents who won the first REVO Incentive Trip.

Next, our managers took turns on stage to outline the strategy of the 2026–2028 Industrial Plan, the new commercial objectives and product innovations, with in-depth focus on specific business lines such as Engineering and Surety.

The event concluded with a second round table moderated once again by Andrea Cabrini. Chefs Cesare Battisti, Federico Prodon and Matteo Fronduti, together with Chiara Pietrosanto, shared an authentic account of their entrepreneurial experiences — from restaurants to pastry-making — addressing topics such as unexpected challenges, responsibility and the importance of dedicated insurance coverage.
