Legal Protection

We insure SME and Professionals by protecting their assets in the event that, as part of their professional or business activities, they are involved in legal disputes. We guarantee the payment of legal and expert expenses necessary for the Insured to defend himself out-of-court and in-court. We also offer Public Employees and Administrators a specific guarantee for accounting-administrative liability. Insurance coverage can also be extended to events arising from road traffic, within the professional or business activity carried out. We can also recognize the payment of a per diem to the Insured Company in the case of suspension of the driving license of one of its employees.
