(“REVO” or the “Company”) announces that it has made available to the public at its registered office, on the Company’s website www.revoinsurance.com, under the section Corporate Governance / Shareholders' Meeting, and on the information storage mechanism authorized by CONSOB called "1info", the updated versions of the Financial Statements as of 31st December 2023 (in PDF format) and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31st December 2023 (in PDF format), which include the sole adjustment of the format of the Report of the Board of Auditors previously made available.
