Submission of the consolidated half-yearly Financial Results as at 30 June 2023

Verona, 11 August 2023 – REVO Insurance S.p.A. (“REVO” or the “Company”), announces that is made available to the public at its registered office and on the Company’s website www.revoinsurance.com, under the section Investor Relation/Financial statements and reports and on the "1info" storage mechanism the consolidated half-yearly Financial Results as at 30 June 2023, approved by the Board of Directors on 8 August 2023, together with the External Auditors' Report.
