Corporate events calendar 2024

Verona, 15th December 2023 – REVO Insurance S.p.A. (REVO" or the “Company”) announces, pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Regulations of Markets Organized and Managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, the annual corporate events calendar for the year 2024.

The Board of Directors also scheduled the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the 2023 financial statements for 18th and 19th April 2024, on first and second call, respectively.

Dates for investor meetings will be announced as soon as they are available.

Any changes to the 2024 corporate events calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
