2023 Corporate Calendar

REVO Insurance S.p.A. (REVO" or the “Company”) announces, pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Regulations of Markets Organized and Managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, the annual corporate events calendar for the year 2023.

The Board of Directors also scheduled the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the 2022 financial statements for 18 th and 19 th April 2023, on first and second call, respectively.

Dates for investor meetings will be announced as soon as they are available.

Any changes to the 2023 corporate events calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
