Financial data

With the transition to the regulated Euronext STAR Milan Segment and the completion of the merger between REVO and Elba Assicurazioni, REVO Insurance presents its financial data starting from 2022 financial statements.

In order to provide information on the business, the financial data of REVO Group as at 31.12.2022 are presented here:

** For the financial years 2019-2021, the value is referred to the Result of the technical account (Local GAAP) of Elba Assicurazioni S.p.A
*** For 2022, with the purpose of a better comparison with the Elba’s historical performance, the value net result adjusted is shown without the extraordinary expensive and income such as explained in the consolidated financial statement. It’d be pointed out that the consolidated result for 2022 is equal to 5.3 million euros.
