Report on corporate governance and ownership structures

REVO, as a company issuing securities, is required to draw up and publish, pursuant to article 123 bis of the Legislative Decree of 24 February 1998, n. 58 (Consolidated Finance Act), the "Report on corporate governance and ownership structures", which provides detailed information on the Company's governance system, and thus, among others, on significant shareholdings, on any existing shareholders' agreements , on the functioning mechanisms of the Shareholders' Meeting, on the rules applicable to the appointment of members of the corporate bodies, on adherence to the Code of Self-Regulation.
